Anne Alombert is Associate Professor in contemporary philosophy at Paris 8 University. Her researches focuses on the relationships between life, technology, mind and societies in contemporary philosophy and on the anthropological and political challenges of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
From 2016 to 2020, she participated in the design and development of the contributory research program "Plaine Commune Territoire Apprenant Contributif" led by Bernard Stiegler and the Ars Industrialis association. From 2021 to 2025, she was a member of the French Digital Council, from 2025, she is a member of the scientific commitee of the French Commission Informatique et Libertés. She is a member of the Organoesis research collective and of the French Society for Philosophy of Technology.
